The Rules

Polona's 5 rules:


  • Not eating in restaurants
  • Daily 10-Minute meditation
  • Eat breakfast every day 
  • No computer between 22.30 and 6.00
  • 3 Litres of water every day

Kristiyan's 5 rules:

  •  3 times a week to crossfit
  • No carbonated drinks and juices
  • No candies and sweet stuff
  • Eat 5 times daily and never the same twice in one day
  • Fill out a table with measurements daily

Ilze's 5 rules

  • Drink 3-4L water per day
  • 8 Hours sleep
  • Stay on light fasting – do not eat 12 hours or more
  • 10 min work on mobility or everyday workout routine
  • Practise on Double Unders and Pull ups

Christine's 5 rules

  • 1. three meals a day, plus one snack
  • 2. each meal has to consist  of protein and  fruits/ veggies ; snack are nuts/ dried fruits
  • 3. no food after 8.00 p.m. and nothing before 8.00 a.m. 
  • 4. no coffe to go (spend every day 1- 2 euro ) 
  • 5. 40 burpees each day = )
