Christini goes vegetarian Day 2

This post is not going to be about the Food I had like grated(geraspelt) cucumber apple salad or millet (Hirse) with Quark and apple puree
This will be about my order at "Alles Vegetarisch " : D " Everythings vegetarian", which arrived on Thursday( this post here is for friday =) )
One day a Girl asked me " You are a consumer , aren´t you? "- because I was so existed about my monthly arriving Glossy box ( 5 expensive Beauty articles, from brand products, for a low Price )


 
 
I said, no I´m not, I just feel very happy when the postman is ringing at the door and has something special for me, its like a little birthday Party every month :D


So it was, when the box from "alles vegetarisch " arrived.
What was inside ? 
First of all- I have to admit,  I´m still careful off consuming grains and milk products after the paleo challenge ! But also I noticed, that if I eat daily one small Portion of whole grains, it won´t kill me, but gives me the power to stay fit on my WOD at Crossfit.
I bought puffed whole grain Quinoa.  Cliff bars, - mostly made out off Brown Rice syrup, oats and nuts = WiTH CAUTiON TO ENJOY
Banana Bread- Oats and dried  Bananas are the main ingredients - and I had it for Breakfast today =D, plus some Quark for my  rule " Protein plus fruit "
The Oat Snack, is mostly made out of..............OATS :D and paranuts*best nuts in the wooooooorld
Next to the puffed Quinoa, you see dinkle milk, I don´t know yet for what I will use this, but I will find something =)
I always saw People Blogging "coconut mus", already convinced of the benefits and the taste from coconut oil, I said to myself, okay lets try this !!
Its like the oil- very hard, but if you put it for some seconds in the microwave, it gets very soft and inside are some coconut rasps
Coconut flour is gluten free and has the highest dietary fiber among all the Flours. 40 gram fiber in 100 gram flour. So next to the health benefits, it gives food a caribbean flavour. !
Mandelmus and Cashewmus is the most amazing stuff EVER, its better than every snickers, ice cream, chocolate and so on !
I will use one tea spoon as a topping  for banana pancakes ( one smashed banana and one egg) =  my personal BEST, MOST delicious Breakfast ever !
Protein, fruit = Carbs and a Little bit fat. yummy *-*
Mulberries  are a new dried fruit for me, but I saw it posting from a fit chick on her blog as a superfood in her morning meal, I´ll give it a try ; )
Last but not least, lots of People who tried to eat vegan, use the spice Kala Namak. It is smoked salt and gives for example Tofu an eggy flavour.
I dont´t mind,  I use it, because it has a smoked flavour <3 !
AS a gift I got some boring coffe whitener. You can see it above the Cashewmus , "GRÜSSE" is written on it. I don´t need it, but my mum will use it.
