Kristiyan Day 5 : Go WOD or go home

Today I made my third WOD, of course I haven't succeeded 100%, but at least I tried, and will try again and again..
So here is my meal plan for today shortly:

Meal #1 (Breakfast)

It was a normal omlete with 3 eggs to gain some protein :)

Meal #2

100g pistachios, fav nuts :)

Meal #3 (Lunch)

I ate a lunch for both today, it was really delicious and healthy (Rice + Chicken + Green Veggies)

Bananaaa :)

Meal #5 (dinner)

Normal salad made from tomatoes, cucumbers and some greece cheese :)
