Time to say "Hello!" with some rules

Paleo, Crossfit and Challenges is my everyday. I have my reasons why I am participating in this challenge and what I want to get out of it. 




Firstly, I did my Whole30 Challenge (more about it on BoxRox) and get some good results. I did not lost my weight (well, I was already doing Paleo and did not changed my meal plan so crazy!!!), but I get stronger, faster and reduced my body fat more as 8%. That was my biggest achievement.

Secondly, I am doing Crossfit. Not one or two times in a weak, but almost every day. And yes, I am building some muscles and working on my body look.

Thirdly, You would probably ask me why I am on this challenge, if I am eating so healthy and doing sport. Well, lets see. ->

  • I want to have fun with my friends and they will keep me going.
  • I want to progress in Crossfit and in my everyday life.
  • I want to reduce my body fat and get lean - that is probably the most important thing for me (!).
How I will do it? Well, if it will work out, then it will be only because of my 
  • Paleo Diet
  • Crossfit routine 
  • light fasting - 12 hours without eating
  • skipping coffee, nuts and paleo junk food (all baked paleo goods)
  • trying get 8 hours sleep
  • drinking 3-4 L of water every day
To be honest, I will probably have my cheat day. And you will get information about it!
