Polona Day 5 It`s sunday

And I have the whole day to be motivated to do nothing. I did get some training done however.

What I ate today was pretty much carbivore style:

B: 3 brötchen aka. breadrolls with butter and Slovenian honey
S: nuts & 2 bananas
TRAINING at CrossFit Spree: oly class
PW: whey & Ben & Jerry icecream
L: turkey + spätzle+salad, dark chocolate (one line)
S: nuts again
D: bread + salami
