Polona day 4: no beer in the fridge

I went for a 10k run yesterday and it felt so good. Well except my app Strava, which didn`t work again and claimed I only ran 7k. Not true. I craved a beer so much during the whole workout and when I came back home, of course my fridge was empty. My best ever flat mate Sophia made my dream come true and brought me one from the “Spätkauf” downstairs.

I also found this Milka which is simpley amazing. Salt+sweet = wow! 




How I eat?

When I say I eat everything I mean I eat everything. But I don`t stuff myself. I eat until I am like 80-90 % full. This keeps me feeling good and comfortable throughout the day. I eat candies every day, but I also eat meat, veggies, fruit, whey, eggs, nuts ... every day. You see, I literally eat everything, because I don`t put myself down by saying “You are not allowed to eat that”.

So yesterday my dinner was only beer and whey. I love whey. It helps me add protein to my daily menu and saves me from eating meat the whole day. I woke up really rested this morning, so I guess that cool combination worked.

The lunch today was crispy fish fillet, but baked on baking paper without any use of oil. With some salad. I have been eating like that for 2 years and it keeps my attitude towards my body and my food relaxed, fun and life-long. All that time I have been slowly transforming my body with friends saying “oh you lost so much weight”. I don`t know, because I don`t weight myself. It`s a number without a meaning. 


So this challenge it`s so fun. I will (hopefully) show you, you can eat everything (again everything doesn`t mean stuffing yourself with food) and still change your body. But it doesn`t work if you don`t relax first: keep calm and work on your mental well-being/satisfaction from enjoying life. 

Our CrossFit Spree box was full today and Ilze - paleo girl did some crozzfittin` competin`.
