Today is the first day of the challenge and for me personally, it started with a bit unpleasant way. Why? Because one of my rules says : "no carbonated drinks and juices". Even natural juices made at home from oranges are not allowed! This morning when I woke up, I went to the fridge first and saw the might juice I wanted to drink so much... but ... I resisted! After that I started cooking and here is the plan for today:
Meal #1 (Breakfast)
3 Scrambled Eggs + ~150gr Ham

Meal #2
It's just a banana for now, but I will improve this meal in the next few days.
Meal #3 (Lunch)
The main meal for today - lunch is the classic healthy rice with some mushrooms, carrot and ham. It doesn't look bad, tastes even better and is really healthy! Here is a picture of it:

It's a banana again :)
Meal #5 (Dinner)
The dinner should be light, healthy, without much calories, because the human body consums least calories at the end of the day. So that's why I am gonna eat a normal healthy salad with 2 boiled eggs.
