Kristiyan Day 3 : Muscle Building

Today is an important day because my protein (BSN Syntha-6) has come, together with some protein bars. This will change my nutrition plan a little bit, because I will drink protein before/after workout. The protein bars are for the second and fourth meal of the day together with some fruits.
Here is my plan for today:

Meal #1 (Breakfast)

For breakfast I had the super healthy musli today, with some milk. Aaand a photo:

Meal #2

Today it was a banana + protein bar :)

Meal #3 (Lunch)

Today I am having some rice + mushrooms and sliced chicken breasts. Mmmm delicious!
