Christini goes working Day 3

So, first of all I have to say, its really hard to eat 3 Meals a day, when you are always on the run !
The last two days I went working at Kaisers :
 friday -6 pm till 10 pm
and saturday - 5 pm till 10 pm,
SO my last meal was at 5 pm and 4 pm.

All in all I have to say, that These time gaps are extremely hard for me
I think "you can´t eat later, but still not hungry now,
you must eat now, because you won´t get anything later   !"
This is a Problem. I Train my mind and Body to think, that, he needs Food now, because later will be no nutritions given to. *knows that this is wrong

So what did I eat ?
In the morning I had 150 gram Cottage cheese and one apple, - coffe with soya milk : D

later two bananas (as a Snack )

at 1 p m I had steamed princess beans, Broccoli and 1 egg

at 4 p m half of an Avocado, wild salmon and cucumber.




yeah and when I came home, 10.30 p. m.
I had a table spoon of cashewmus, to reduce my blood sugar and stop craving for Food,

AGAINST MY OWN RULES,

but as I said, I have to control my Body more with my mind!
