Polona day 2: the Rules

Most of my days are like that; leave home at 8.15, come back at 21.30. So yes, my whole day is on the run, that's why all my rules are about slowing down (stoping my ususal rush), turn off my mind and take the rest my body needs.

The 5 rules I will be following in the next 60 days.

1. Not eating in restaurants.
2. Daily 10-minute meditation.
3. Eat breakfast every day.
4. No computer between 22.30 and 6.00.
5. 3 Liters of water every day

Breakfast today was sweet.

Breakfast: Eggs with two bananas & vanilla. BIG coffe.



Food at work: smashed pork with Spätzele & some veggies.


Yeah the whole office smells like my lunch now. The comment I got from my boss "You have 5 hungry males around you".

I am working until 18.00, then I'm off to Olympic weightlfiting training. Before that I will have some chocolate, milchreis and stuff like that.
